  • How will I get a refund for the order I cancelled or returned?
    Once the resolution is set for refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund.
    Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details.
    You can opt for store credit as well and use the amount for future purchases with us.

     
  • When will I get my refund?
    Your refund will happen as per the below mentioned timelines:
        Debit card/Credit card/Net banking    5-7 working days from the refund initiation date
        NEFT transfer    5-7 working days from the refund initiation date
        Cheque Refund    Subjected to clearance.
        Store credit or Gift Certificate    1-2 working days
    Please note that the refund timelines depend on external agencies like banks, payment gateways and other financial institutions.

     
  • What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
    Once the cancellation is confirmed, you shall receive the refund in form of store credit or reversal of the payment through the payment source that we received.

     
  • I've still not received the refund in my bank account. Why?
    If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same.
    Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

     
  • I paid cash on delivery, how would I get the refund?
    If the mode of payment was cash on delivery (COD), we will initiate a refund through cheque and deposit that into your bank account.
    We will contact you for your bank account details.
    It normally takes 7-10 days for your money to get reflected in your bank account.
    You may also choose to have the amount refunded to you as a Store credit. You can use the store credit to purchase any product from Infibeam without any hassles.

     
  • Can I ask for NEFT refund if I paid through Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking?
    We are sorry. In case you paid via credit card/debit card/netbanking, the amount will be refunded in the same account as you had made payment from. However, you can opt for this, if you made the payment through COD (Cash on Delivery).

OTHER PRIVATE POLICY APPLICABLE
  1. You can send item back duly packed as you received and outer box of product should be taped only with the transparent tape (do not use brown or any printed tape on outer box of product, RETURNS WILL BE REJECTED IF YOU USE BROWN OR ANY PRINTED TAPE ) this is done to avoid any damages in transit, if any damage in transit to item same shall be deducted from refund.
  2. Once item is sent back you need to remove your feedback given for this order / seller. Also you need to withdraw any claim against this order.
  3. We shall be deducting transport/shipping charges for both side (Shipping & Reverse Shipping) and shall issue refund
  4. We shall also be deducting damage charges, if product or packaging of product found damaged.
  5. Item no / serial no of product should match with our outward records same item with same serial no should be received by us.
  6. We may/shall also deduct 25 % to 50 % of product value as stock loss charges in addition to above.
  7. Refund shall be initiated only after item being received by us meeting above criteria.
  8. We shall also send the item to company's service station for inspection of complain as received by you, if fault is found as per your complain we shall issue refund but in-case we find with no fault in product or false complain we shall be deducting damages and transit charges for both way (shipping & reverse shipping) from your amount and issue refund accordingly or we may reject your claim for refund/return for false complain.
  9. You also need to send all documents received by you in product box like warranty card, instruction manual etc and our original invoice.
  10. You can send us item / parcel back subject to you agree with above mentioned terms & conditions.
Note: If you found any difficulty with the product (or) service related issue we request you to call for service center of manufacturer or mail us for further assistance on the product. This help us to solve any technical issue in product, if any we are sure our service people will solve the same as expected by you. 

The Warranty of the product is subjected to manufacturer only and through their authorized service center only.
